    高断熱を施した上で、パネル冷暖房を主設備とした住宅。
    建物のボリュームをずらすことで、隣家から距離を保つだけでなく、付近にある川からの風を室内に呼び込む構成とした。ソーラーパネルが乗った様々な角度を持つ屋根が太陽光を最大限に受け止め、エネルギーを蓄電池に溜めることができる。
    都内の省エネ住宅のスタンダードモデルを考えた。

    The house is highly insulated and mainly equipped with panel air-conditioning and heating.
    By shifting the volume of the building, the structure not only maintains a distance from the neighbouring houses, but also draws the wind from the nearby river into the interior. The roof, which has various angles with solar panels on it, receives the maximum amount of sunlight and stores the energy in storage batteries.
    The project was conceived as a standard model for energy-efficient housing in the city.
