  都内に計画された二世帯住宅である。
  二世帯住宅は上下の階で二世帯を分けることが多いが、この家では二世帯を左右で分けて計画している。なので、それぞれの家は1階から始まり、植栽とデッキテラスがある最上階の屋上からは新宿のビル群が望める。構造はRCでボリュームも大きい建物だが、外壁の一部を木張りにして、近隣に対してできるだけ威圧感をなくし、優しい雰囲気を作りたいと考えた。
  
  This is a two-family house planned in Tokyo.
  Two-family houses are often divided into two households on the upper and lower floors, but in this house the two households are planned to be divided on the left and right. Therefore, each house starts on the ground floor, and from the roof of the top floor, where there are plantings and a deck terrace, there is a view of the buildings in Shinjuku. Although the structure is RC and the volume of the building is large, we wanted to create a friendly atmosphere and make it as non-intimidating as possible to the neighbourhood by cladding part of the exterior walls with wood.
