上野毛のマンションでのリノベーション。
最大限既存を残し、必要最低限の改装を目指した。
例えば、キッチンは既存のものを残し、収納ハッチの配置を変え、シナ合板の扉に取り換えている。
また、このリノベーションでは、防音性能もある有孔シナベニアをデザインのモチーフとしており、ＴＶ台、間接照明カバー、本棚、壁等に有孔シナベニアを使用している。
有孔シナベニアの防音効果により、お子さんが元気にしていても吸音され安心である。
また、グレーの有孔シナベニアはお子様がテニスボールの壁打ちにも活用される。

Renovation in a flat in Uenoge.
The aim was to leave the existing as much as possible and renovate it to the minimum necessary.
For example, the existing kitchen was retained, the storage hatch was rearranged and replaced with a shina plywood door.
The renovation also uses perforated linden veneer, which also has soundproofing properties, as a design motif, and perforated linden veneer is used for the TV stand, indirect light covers, bookshelves and walls.
The soundproofing effect of the perforated linden veneer ensures that even when children are being active, sound is absorbed and they feel safe.
The grey perforated laminate veneer is also used by the children to hit tennis balls against the wall.
